Located just 3.5 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, our lodges are perfectly positioned for a relaxing escape while remaining within easy reach of local attractions. Conveniently accessible from the A57, Burton Waters Marina offers a tranquil setting where guests can unwind and enjoy the best of both waterside and countryside living.

Our Home From Home

The Burton Waters Water Lodges have been designed to be a comfortable home from home, for all our guests.

The Space

Inside each lodge, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including central heating, a Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and oven/microwave, a hairdryer, and a modern bathroom complete with a shower and heated towel rail.

Step outside onto your private decking area, where comfortable outdoor seating provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the fresh air, or relax after a day exploring the local area.

The marina is also conveniently connected to the Sustrans cycle network, via a footpath, which takes you into the centre of Lincoln.
